What you will do

• Supervise and mentor a team of ROI Audit specialists, handling scheduling and work assignments.
• Distribute daily workflows and ensure accurate resource allocation and payroll approval.
• Process medical ROI requests and organize records to meet audit standards.
• Provide real-time constructive feedback and escalate performance issues to management.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and state/federal statutes.
• Facilitate strong relationships with Client Managers to support organizational goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• At least 4 years of experience in medical records or audit environments.
• At least 4 years of clerical or office experience.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and Protected Health Information regulations.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• RHIT certification.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting.
