• Write high-quality responses for RFPs, ITTs, tenders, and new business proposals from brief to submission.
• Translate technical and specialist content into clear, engaging, and client-focused messaging.
• Develop compelling proposal narratives aligned with client objectives and evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather and refine content.
• Manage multiple bid deadlines, maintaining version control and coordinating the submission process.
• Support the creation of pitch presentations and executive summaries to ensure consistent messaging.

Requirements

• Proven experience writing successful bids, tenders, or RFP responses within professional or financial services.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in London.
• Outstanding written communication and editing skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and confidence using PowerPoint for content creation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high quality under tight deadlines.
• Confidence engaging with technical experts and senior business leaders.
