What you will do

• Design and develop scalable digital content across multiple formats including e-learning, videos, webinars, and toolkits for 70,000+ Partners.
• Manage front-end positioning, user testing, and organization of digital assets on Partner-facing platforms.
• Create resources to improve customer conversations and conversions using AI tools like Yoodli and AskMii.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, trainers, and operational teams to translate complex business information into actionable experiences.
• Support live events, performance-focused sessions, and major network launches, including rebranding projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital content creation across multiple formats with strong written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools and digital content platforms.
• Ability to translate technical or business-heavy information into simple, engaging resources.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience using operational reporting and learner behavior data to optimize content effectiveness.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from London, UK
