What you will do

• Plan and execute strategic content schedules across multiple genre-led YouTube channels.
• Produce creative briefs and high-quality edits using Adobe Suite.
• Analyze audience data and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making and meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with commissioning, marketing, and digital teams to ensure content authenticity.
• Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and stay updated on platform trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing branded YouTube channels with a focus on performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of YouTube content strategies for youth audiences.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro for content creation.
• Ability to interpret YouTube analytics to drive content performance.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and creative briefing.

• Experience working with TV productions.
• Experience managing other digital platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
