What you will do

• Act as the primary quoting and pricing expert for the Global Sales team using Salesforce CPQ, managing standard and custom deal scenarios.
• Own the end-to-end DocuSign process and route contracts through Credit and Legal teams for approval.
• Validate and book Purchase Orders from direct customers, distributors, and cloud marketplaces like AWS.
• Manage shared mailboxes and resolve licensing tickets and account re-classifications via JIRA within SLAs.
• Lead enablement initiatives and training for internal sales teams and external partners on ordering tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, Credit, and IT to streamline the QtC ecosystem.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Deal Desk, or a Quote-to-Cash finance function.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (CPQ and Sales Console), JIRA, and DocuSign.
• Must be able to commute to the Dublin office.
• Strong attention to detail for auditing complex pricing requests and manually booking orders.

• Experience in an enterprise software (SaaS/Open Source) environment.
• Experience dealing with multi-tier distribution networks and Cloud Marketplaces.
