What you will do

• Manage quarterly Opex reporting, analyze trends, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Oversee AOP/Forecast processes with a focus on continuous improvement in accuracy.
• Support Business Group stakeholders with Marcom analysis and P&L management.
• Automate and enhance comprehensive financial trackers and analysis tools.
• Collaborate on corporate digital transformation projects utilizing AI/BI solutions.
• Provide financial advice and support to marketing teams while fostering cross-functional relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with OneStream, Oracle, and BI systems like Tableau.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work on-site in Cork, Ireland 2-3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in Business Finance or Marketing Finance within FMCG or consumer electronics.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in EMEA, APAC, or AMR regions.
• Knowledge of database relationship structures.
