What you will do

• Actively shape and manage the transition of accounting processes from European entities to the Hungarian Business Service Center.
• Execute day-to-day operations in credit management, invoicing, and incoming payment processing.
• Manage collections, dunning processes, and resolve customer disputes.
• Handle AR closing and periodical financial activities to ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, treasury) and external parties (customers, auditors).
• Create and maintain comprehensive process manuals and work instructions.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance & Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance operations role within a Shared Service Center (SSC).
• Strong proficiency in the SAP FI Module.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluent English language proficiency.
• Must be based in Hungary.
