What you will do

• Manage commercials for priority high-value and complex bids, ensuring robust financial outcomes.
• Act as a trusted commercial advisor to senior management on deal strategy, win pricing, and risk mitigation.
• Lead contract negotiations on financial terms and conditions for highly complex bids.
• Own the development of bid P&L and cash flow models to optimize profitability and mitigate risk.
• Lead and develop the Budapest-based Commercial Finance team, driving a high-performance culture.
• Drive benchmarking, cost optimisation, and continuous improvement across the broader Commercial Finance function.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing and negotiating high-value, complex bids in a large matrix organization.
• Expertise in deal pricing, financial modelling, and commercial risk management.
• Strong knowledge of the telecommunications industry and commercial acumen.
• Proven people leadership experience, including performance and capacity management of global teams.
• Must be based in Budapest, Hungary to adhere to the hybrid work model.

• Recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ICAEW, CIMA, ACCA).
