What you will do

• Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with business objectives and product launches.
• Manage end-to-end content planning, from research to crafting narratives and visuals for diverse platforms.
• Define, track, and optimize core social media KPIs to measure performance.
• Oversee community interactions and monitor brand reputation across X, YouTube, Reddit, and Facebook.
• Identify new platforms and communities for audience growth and propose strategic directions.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and video producers to maintain a scalable creative production workflow.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing organic brand accounts, specifically Facebook and Instagram.
• Excellent writing skills in English and Lithuanian.
• Ability to transform data and audience insights into creative briefs and post drafts.
• Familiarity with Figma and basic design workflows.
• Strong analytics and reporting skills to derive actionable recommendations.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Vilnius office.

Nice to have

• Experience with hunting, birdwatching, or wildlife observation markets.
• Knowledge of German, Polish, or French.
• Familiarity with social listening and reputation management tools.
• Experience with performance marketing, influencer collaborations, or UGC programs.
