VIP Operations Intern (Web3)

What you will do

• Support VIP campaigns and user journey initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and overseas partners.
• Track campaign performance and assist with reports and dashboards.
• Help plan and execute VIP events and engagement activities.
• Manage VIP merchandising operations and user relationships.
• Handle CRM tools and day-to-day administrative coordination.

Requirements

• Current university student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with data tools, including spreadsheets, data visualization, and pivot table analysis.
• Bilingual English and Thai communication is required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with data and AI tools to support reporting and operational efficiency.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying.
