VIP Operations Intern (Web3): Supporting VIP campaigns, user journey initiatives, events, merchandising, and relationship management for users of a global digital asset ecosystem with an accent on campaign coordination, operational CRM, and data reporting. Focus on tracking campaign performance, building dashboards, coordinating overseas stakeholders, and using AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
Location: Bangkok, Thailand; work-from-home arrangement, which may vary depending on the business team's work

What you will do
- Support VIP campaigns and user journey initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and overseas partners.
- Track campaign performance and assist with reports and dashboards.
- Help plan and execute VIP events and engagement activities.
- Manage VIP merchandising operations and user relationships.
- Handle CRM tools and day-to-day administrative coordination.
Requirements
- Current university student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with data tools, including spreadsheets, data visualization, and pivot table analysis.
- Bilingual English and Thai communication is required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with data and AI tools to support reporting and operational efficiency.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying.
