What you will do

• Support the execution of VIP campaigns and user journey initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal BINANCE TH teams to align on goals and deliverables.
• Track campaign performance and develop reports and dashboards.
• Plan and execute VIP events and engagement activities.
• Manage merchandising operations for VIP users.
• Handle day-to-day operational CRM tools and administrative coordination.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Thai is required for coordination with overseas partners.
• Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data tools and spreadsheets.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying.
• Familiarity with pivot table analysis and data visualization.
• Experience using AI tools to support operational efficiency and reporting.
