What you will do

• Evaluate, authenticate, and curate watches for auction to maintain high-quality standards.
• Provide accurate pricing guidance based on market trends and platform strategy.
• Proactively source new sellers, dealers, and collections within the Japanese market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and high-value clients.
• Act as a local market expert, providing insights on brands, trends, and buyer behavior.
• Collaborate with global internal teams to optimize category performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the watch industry (e.g., dealer, auction house, or specialist).
• Strong commercial mindset with a background in sales or business development.
• Deep knowledge of watch brands, models, pricing, and market dynamics.
• Fluent in Japanese (spoken and written).
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Must be based in Japan.
