What you will do

• Serve as the primary product interface for enterprise customers, leading roadmap reviews and strategic discussions.
• Translate complex customer requirements and compliance needs into actionable product strategies.
• Own and maintain the product roadmap, balancing customer priorities with long-term platform vision.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and customer success teams to deliver enterprise platform capabilities.
• Lead product discovery initiatives to identify customer challenges and uncover new opportunities.
• Define success metrics and monitor product performance to guide data-driven prioritization decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in enterprise or B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience in the automotive industry, dealership platforms, or related enterprise solutions.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, data models, and system integrations.
• Experience with AI-enabled product development methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to write detailed technical documentation and user stories.
