What you will do

• Lead end-to-end requirements elicitation and documentation across cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Network, and external partners.
• Develop detailed process maps, target operating models, and customer journey frameworks.
• Translate technical, regulatory, and program constraints into clear business and operational requirements.
• Perform business impact assessments and data analysis to inform migration strategies and decision-making.
• Manage requirements traceability and cross-stream dependencies to ensure efficient program delivery.
• Support testing, governance, and stakeholder engagement to validate solutions and ensure fit-for-purpose outcomes.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in large-scale transformation or migration programs.
• Advanced expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, traceability, and change control.
• Strong process modeling and target operating model design skills.
• Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Hands-on experience in data analysis, reconciliation, and managing large datasets.
• Solid experience supporting UAT/BRT and end-to-end delivery lifecycles.
