What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a large team of Residential Credit Assessors to foster a high-performance and risk-aware culture.
• Manage daily operations, workflow, and service levels to ensure exceptional customer and broker experiences.
• Act as a subject matter expert, partnerhirify.global with Credit Risk, Distribution, and Mortgage Tribe stakeholders to improve processes.
• Drive strategic initiatives, automation projects, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Support team capability development through mentorhirify.global and delegated authority management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple business areas to support strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Sydney or Wyong, Australia.
