What you will do

• Oversee general ledger accuracy and financial integrity for retail business units.
• Act as the primary bridge between onshore business units and the offshore accounting team.
• Lead the transition of accounting processes to the offshore team and support SAP ERP implementation.
• Drive stakeholder management by partnering with finance and non-finance teams to refine reporting frameworks.
• Perform secondary reviews of complex balance sheet reconciliations and ensure audit compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting and automate manual tasks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Shared Services, or Global Business Services.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, CIMA).
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, Great Plains, or Dynamics 365.
• Proven ability in process optimization and leveraging technology for financial insights.
• Strong business partnering and influencing skills.
• Experience with offshore or outsourced shared service delivery models.

• Experience in successful Finance technology programs and SAP ERP implementations.
