What you will do

• Direct and mentor regional finance teams across APAC, North America, and EMEA.
• Oversee global financial accounting operations, regulatory, and statutory reporting.
• Optimize the monthly close process to ensure compliance with reporting standards.
• Manage half-year and full-year Group financial statements and coordinate external audits.
• Lead global tax compliance oversight, including Corporate Tax, GST, and VAT.
• Coordinate and review the work of external tax advisors across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• CPA or CA qualified (or international equivalent).
• 10+ years of experience in financial accounting or controllership roles.
• Robust knowledge of Australian Corporate Tax and GST, with experience in international tax matters.
• Proven track record in managing remote or regional finance teams across competing time zones.
• Deep knowledge of accounting standards (AASB/IFRS) and statutory reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and multinational ERP systems.
