What you will do

• Lead pre-sales technical engagements, including whiteboard sessions, workshops, and custom POCs.
• Design and deploy document AI and multimodal pipelines using OCR, LLM reasoning, and validation.
• Deploy models and connectors across Snowflake, AWS, and enterprise VPC environments.
• Collaborate with sales teams to articulate technical value, ROI, and product differentiators.
• Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to technical content like white papers and case studies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work in an on-site environment in Mountain View.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative field with a focus on ML/AI.
• 5+ years of experience designing AI/ML solutions with a track record in document processing, NLP, or LLM workflows.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud data platforms, specifically Snowflake.
• Strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience with cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure) and VPC deployments.
• Demonstrated understanding of enterprise sales cycles and ability to communicate complex AI concepts to business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with OCR, computer vision, and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Deep understanding of agentic AI frameworks and RAG systems.
• Industry experience in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Legal sectors.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or C#.
