What you will do

• Develop automated test cases and expand coverage for the product suite to meet client quality expectations.
• Implement AI-assisted testing strategies and agentic workflows to enhance QE processes and team velocity.
• Collaborate with scrum teams to instill QA best practices and review functional requirements and user stories.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and SonarQube.
• Conduct API and performance testing to ensure system reliability and stability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience, preferably in Fintech.
• Proficiency in Python and Pytest with Coded UI Automation using Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience with SQL (MSSQL, Postgres) and containerized environments (Docker, Gradle).
• Strong knowledge of Agile SDLC, Git/GitHub, and CI/CD orchestration.
• Must be based in the US or able to work hybrid in Boston, MA.
• Must have valid US work authorization; the company is unable to sponsor employment visas.

Nice to have

• Experience with monitoring tools such as InfluxDB, Grafana, or APM.
• Familiarity with Spring frameworks and financial protocols like FIX, IDC, or Bloomberg.
• Knowledge of applying AI/ML techniques for flaky test detection or risk-based prioritization.
• Experience with static analysis tools like SonarQube.
