Salary: $43,000 – $48,000

What you will do

• Assist in preparing media authorizations and insertion orders for campaign activation.
• Monitor campaign pacing and delivery, flagging discrepancies to the team.
• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports using internal dashboards and partner data.
• Track billing, reconcile vendor invoices, and maintain budget trackers.
• Communicate with vendors to confirm buys and gather necessary reporting data.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to deepen knowledge of media systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be based in proximity to the New York office.
• Strong interest in media buying and planning.
