What you will do

  • Design, execute, and analyze structured paid marketing tests on new growth channels.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance by managing bidding strategies, audience targeting, and budget pacing.
  • Support technical operations including QA conversion mapping and ensuring accurate performance tracking.
  • Manage channels against internal KPIs and adjust spend toward incremental growth.
  • Own creative strategy by ideating concepts, briefing the creative team, and tailoring messaging for specific channels.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 3+ years of direct, hands-on-keyboard experience in paid media buying across multiple platforms.
  • Strong track record of test-and-learn methodology, data-driven decision making, and creative execution.
  • Ability to operate independently with high attention to detail regarding performance metrics and tracking.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Posthog, and BI tools such as Superset or Looker.
  • Comfort utilizing AI tools to drive rapid growth in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience acquiring B2B or marketplace advertisers.
  • Background in ad-tech or DSP environments.
  • Direct experience driving ad creative strategy with examples of originated concepts.
  • Experience with landing page testing and conversion rate optimization.
