What you will do
- Support execution and setup of media buying plans across TV, audio, and display (CTV/OTT, online video, digital audio/podcasts, programmatic display).
- Prepare accurate reporting inputs and deliver weekly/monthly/QBR updates.
- Execute approved campaign modifications (promo dates, budgets, pacing, frequency caps) and escalate larger changes.
- Apply SOPs/checklists for buying, negotiation support, setup, QA, and delivery checks (frequency, viewability/IVT, brand safety).
- Monitor delivery and performance metrics, flag anomalies/under-delivery, and propose next steps.
- Run A/B tests with clear hypotheses and concise readouts; assist with platform builds and line-item/tag/pixel QA.
Requirements
- Location: must be based in the USA
- 2–3+ years of experience in a media agency, publisher, or highly analytical environment with strong data skills.
- Hands-on exposure to media execution, including DSP builds, platform analytics, trafficking/tagging/pixel basics, pacing, and/or optimizations across linear TV, OTT/CTV, digital audio, and/or display.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ability to extract actionable next steps from campaign data.
- Basic testing literacy (A/B testing awareness, lift concepts, statistical significance); SQL familiarity is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through under tight deadlines; solid written and verbal communication.
Nice to have
- Experience with identity/data clean rooms, attention metrics, or brand-lift readouts.
- Familiarity with Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) basics.
- Familiarity with marketing mix modeling (MMM), reporting, and optimization tools.
