Salary: €52,800 – €79,200

What you will do

• Validate and process payroll data within the in-house system.
• Ensure all payroll and benefits reporting remain compliant with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with finance to maintain time tracking systems and ensure smooth payroll cycles.
• Resolve employee inquiries via the Service Now case management system.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR Shared Services Center.
• Handle auditing and regulatory inquiries as required.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Dutch (verbal and written).
• Bachelor or Associate Degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
• Methodical approach with a focus on data protection and confidentiality.

Nice to have

• Experience in HR or Payroll roles.
• Familiarity with ADP (Perman) payroll software.
• Experience with Kronos time tracking software.
• Previous experience working in a multinational company.
