EWM Functional Analyst (SAP EWM)

Location: Waddell, Arizona, United States; travel up to 10%. The position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.

Base salary: $112,000–$168,000 per year, plus cash incentives.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary IT contact for warehouse and logistics system questions, issues, and support requests.
• Support inbound, outbound, and related warehouse processes in SAP Extended Warehouse Management on S/4HANA, including integrations with SAP Transportation Management.
• Lead enhancements from requirements gathering through testing, deployment, and go-live.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations, middleware connections, data exchanges, ALE, IDocs, queues, and warehouse automation interfaces.
• Provide first- and second-level application support, monitor production systems, and resolve functionality, data processing, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with business partners, infrastructure teams, and the global IT team in Austria to improve logistics processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SAP EWM or a combined 5+ years in SAP EWM and SAP WM.
• 5+ years of experience in a functional IT role, with strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• Experience with RF-based solutions such as ITS Mobile, HU Management, Batch Management, and PPF.
• Fluent English required; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business preferred.
• U.S. work authorization is required: U.S. citizenship, permanent residence, or a valid U.S. work visa.
