What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end execution of regional and national trade shows, field events, and internal gatherings.
• Develop revenue-driven event plans that align with broader marketing and sales goals.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure high-conversion lead follow-up.
• Track event performance against key metrics like ROI and pipeline contribution.
• Manage vendor contracts, budgets, and resource allocation for multiple event types.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex events.
• Proven experience in planning regional trade shows.
• Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in Westminster, CO or Lake Oswego, OR.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketo.
• Previous experience marketing within the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) sector.
