What you will do

• Design and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
• Direct and oversee CI/CD pipelines and software development processes.
• Manage and mentor front-end and back-end engineering teams, including professional growth planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery and alignment with Sprint goals.
• Implement robust security standards and quality management mechanisms across software lifecycles.
• Represent the technical team to stakeholders and manage team capacity and velocity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the job offered or related engineering/IT roles.
• Proficiency in at least two languages: C++, C#, Java, Ruby, Python, Rust, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Node.js, Express, and web service API design (RESTful/GraphQL).
• Experience with AWS and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Experience with automation tools such as Maven, Gradle, Ant, Grunt, or Gulp.
