What you will do

• Build self-service developer platforms for infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and secret management.
• Design and maintain reusable platform services, SDKs, and opinionated golden paths for software delivery.
• Develop intelligent CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, security, and compliance.
• Improve developer workflows by optimizing build systems, local environments, and ephemeral infrastructure.
• Collaborate with application teams to remove operational toil and enhance system reliability.
• Measure and optimize developer productivity through platform metrics and engineering insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Platform, Software, Infrastructure, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with production experience in Go, Python, or Java.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, Linux, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and modern CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
• Product mindset with a focus on usability, documentation, and developer experience.
• Must be able to work in the New York office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Familiarity with Kafka, Temporal, or PostgreSQL.
• Background in financial technology or high-scale distributed systems.
