What you will do

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers, designers, and subconsultants.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and coordination issues.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Oversee contract administration, subcontractor performance, and financial tracking.
• Execute quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet design and construction standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities design, electrical, mechanical, or telecommunications engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in facilities design or construction project management.
• Must be a US Citizen - Visa Sponsorship is not available for this role.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC.
• Detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.

• PMP certification (or willingness to obtain within one year).
