Salary: $205,400 – $256,700 USD

What you will do

• Champion site engagement strategies to maximize clinical trial participation.
• Lead cross-functional teams across BD, Data Science, Product, and Marketing to scale program opportunities.
• Serve as the principal medical point of contact for Pharma Partners and lead contract negotiations.
• Drive provider outreach and patient engagement efforts to optimize trial enrollment.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and best practices for process optimization.
• Act as the executive escalation point for critical clinical partnerships.

Requirements

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree (e.g., Master’s in Genetic Counseling or related field).
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or diagnostics.
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience working on clinical trials.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as required.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and pass a background check including HIPAA/PHI protocols.

Nice to have

• Experience in standing up clinical trial services and health system engagement.
• Previous pharmaceutical client engagement experience.
• Deep clinical expertise in Rare Disease or Chronic Kidney Disease.
