What you will do

• Develop and maintain high-quality tax curriculum, including course materials, assessments, and simulations.
• Monitor tax profession developments and new pronouncements to ensure content remains current and accurate.
• Collaborate with and provide guidance to subject matter experts (SMEs) throughout the content development lifecycle.
• Manage project timelines and report development status to management.
• Apply instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support product design and platform integration.

Requirements

• CPA or CMA credential required (CPA or dual CPA/CMA preferred).
• 5+ years of expertise in Taxation.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration with SMEs and internal teams.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in content development.
• Experience with project management tracking tools.
