What you will do

• Design and create training materials, activities, and assessments for software users.
• Translate technical documentation and product information into engaging instructional content.
• Support customer implementation journeys to improve product understanding and adoption.
• Collaborate with product, UI, and service delivery teams to align learning goals.
• Develop internal onboarding and training content for employee learning initiatives.
• Evaluate and iterate on e-learning strategies to enhance learner engagement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience creating training for software applications or digital products.
• Degree or certification in instructional design, adult learning, or curriculum development.
• Strong proficiency in instructional design principles.
• Experience with Adobe products, Zoom, Pages, or Keynote.
• English: C1 level (excellent written and verbal communication).
• Location: Must be based in Canada.

• Experience in SaaS, software implementation, or the utility sector.
