What you will do

• Manage and grow social media accounts across multiple platforms for a multi-location restaurant group.
• Create engaging content using photos, videos, and marketing assets provided by the client.
• Develop original content ideas and social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content using a structured content calendar.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster an active online community.
• Track performance using analytics and collaborate with the restaurant team on promotions, events, and new menu offerings.

Requirements

• Restaurant or hospitality industry experience is required.
• Proven experience managing business social media accounts and creating engaging social media content.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns (applications with portfolios prioritized).
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and generate original content ideas.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace; availability Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–5:00 PM Central Time (20 hours per week).
