What you will do
- Drive continuous improvement of the website, treating it as a living product rather than a static asset.
- Refine stakeholder inputs by sharpening copy and improving information hierarchy and design.
- Establish quantitative metrics and reporting using GA4 to track and optimize user-funnel performance.
- Collaborate with engineering to develop and optimize the CMS, analytics tooling, and supporting systems.
- Align cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling across the website and other channels.
- Manage the integration between the website and adjacent content ecosystems like blogs and podcasts.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in web operations, digital project management, or design production.
- Must be based in North America.
- Ability to independently execute professional design and copy edits using design tooling.
- Data fluency with experience in GA4 or similar web analytics tools.
- Working knowledge of SEO/GEO best practices and modern CMS platforms.
- Experience managing multi-language and multi-region localization projects.
Nice to have
- Experience with CMS migration and building reusable component/template systems.
- Background in content strategy and multi-channel content production (video, podcast, blog).
