What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring key metrics like ROAS, CPI, or revenue growth are met.
• Translate high-level business goals into clear, well-defined tasks for AI agents and engineering teams.
• Diagnose and filter client requests to focus only on work that directly impacts the agreed-upon performance metrics.
• Manage project documentation, timelines, budgets, and administrative paperwork for a portfolio of ~10 clients.
• Act as the primary bridge between client business needs and technical production backlogs.
• Maintain consistent rituals, SLAs, and project monitoring across all assigned accounts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hands-on performance marketing (Google or TikTok Ads at $300K+/month scale).
• Strong project management background with experience leading distributed teams to achieve specific goals.
• Deep data fluency, including understanding of attribution models, sales funnels, and backend data structures.
• Ability to communicate business results effectively to founders, CMOs, and Heads of UA.
• Experience with automation and understanding how to build or utilize AI tools to improve workflows.
• Must be based in CET or west toward the Americas to accommodate client time zones.
