What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles such as Fulfillment Specialists and Certified Pharmacy Technicians.
• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications and provide market data recommendations.
• Develop and execute sourcing plans using Boolean search, resume databases, and social media networking.
• Conduct a large volume of daily phone screens and create candidate engagement activities.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate counter-offers to drive candidate acceptance.
• Provide regular reporting on recruiting metrics and activities to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen based in the US.
• Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR or business preferred.

• Experience recruiting for warehouse, operations, logistics, or pharmacy talent.
