What you will do

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research studies.
• Design research materials including surveys, usability tests, and interview guides.
• Coordinate participant recruitment and conduct user interviews and usability testing sessions.
• Analyze data from research activities and analytics tools to generate actionable insights.
• Maintain and enrich the organization's user knowledge base.
• Perform competitive research and benchmark industry best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in both qualitative and quantitative UX research.
• Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing, journey mapping).
• Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis techniques.
• Ability to synthesize research findings into stakeholder-ready documentation.
• Experience with collaboration tools like Figma and Miro.
• Must be based in Germany
