Location: Hybrid; must be based in the Netherlands and work from the Drachten office at least three days per week

What you will do
- Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative consumer research to generate actionable insights.
- Translate technical product features and innovations into clear, compelling, and consumer-relevant claims.
- Develop and maintain product claim strategies across coffee product categories to ensure differentiation.
- Define and execute robust substantiation strategies through technical verification and external consumer validation.
- Lead the development of impactful product demonstrations that communicate key benefits to stakeholders.
- Design scalable product demonstration concepts and guidelines for consistent execution across global markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX, HCI, Psychology, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UX Research, Consumer Insights, Product Marketing, or Product Development.
- Proven ability to translate technical innovations into clear consumer benefits and value propositions.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and consumer-centered product development.
- Willingness to work from the Drachten office at least three days per week.
- English: C1 level (excellent written and verbal communication) required.
Nice to have
- Experience in the consumer goods industry, preferably within the coffee or food and beverage sector.
- Knowledge of sensory science or hands-on experience with sensory evaluation methodologies.
