Location: Hybrid in Annandale, VA. Must be able to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.

Salary: $200,000–$250,000

What you will do

• Lead and evolve pre-award solution engineering capabilities, aligning priorities with sales strategy and platform objectives.
• Oversee technical demonstrations, solution narratives, and RFP/RFI responses for complex, high-value pursuits.
• Build reusable accelerators, including demo environments, POC assets, and best practice playbooks to scale delivery.
• Lead deep technical discovery sessions with federal stakeholders to scope agentic solution use cases and translate them into executable architectures.
• Collaborate with Growth leadership to influence deal strategy and clearly articulate business value and ROI.
• Coordinate with internal and partner SMEs to ensure consistent excellence in technical solution delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in customer-facing or support roles.
• 5+ years of experience as a sales solution architecture or engineering manager in a technical role.
• 5+ years of experience supporting or selling to Federal Government customers.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
• Experience architecting and developing scalable deployments for data platforms, ML platforms, AI infrastructure, and Generative AI.
• Strong executive communication skills for presenting complex tech as mission outcomes to GS/Executive-level leadership.
