TL;DR
Part-Time Bookkeeper (Finance): Managing day-to-day financial administration and bookkeeping using Xero with an accent on invoice processing and financial reconciliation. Focus on maintaining accurate financial records and working autonomously to support the accounts function.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Philippines or South Africa)

Salary: $600 - $800 a month

What you will do

  • Process and code purchase invoices and manage purchase orders (POs).
  • Raise and issue sales invoices to clients.
  • Record and reconcile financial transactions to ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain comprehensive financial records using Xero.
  • Support the accounts team with ad hoc finance tasks as required.
  • Communicate professionally with suppliers and internal stakeholders via email.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in bookkeeping or finance administration.
  • Strong working knowledge of Xero.
  • Based in Philippines or South Africa.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work independently with minimal supervision.
