hirify.global is a shared service finance unit supporting a New Zealand-based client with a portfolio of multiple limited liability companies.

What you will do

  • Process daily property transactions and manage bank account dashboards in Xero.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and facilitate board meetings with owners.
  • Maintain general ledger reconciliations and fixed asset registers.
  • Provide daily cashflow forecasts for multiple business units.
  • Lead system implementation and testing for new property management software.
  • Liaise with insurance brokers, external refinancing teams, and vendors.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Metro Manila, Philippines
  • Degree qualified with 3-5 years of experience in commercial accounting.
  • Proficiency in cloud-based bookkeeping software, specifically Xero and Syft Analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and anomaly detection.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of AI applications and their impact on financial processes.
