What you will do

• Define and drive the long-term strategy and roadmap for the Decision Management Platform (DMP).
• Synthesize Voice of Customer (VOC) input and industry trends to prioritize development and innovation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Senior Managers and Managers.
• Establish market thought leadership through analyst reviews, publications, and client engagement.
• Manage standard pricing, contract terms, and COGS to balance market adoption with profitable growth.
• Partner with Engineering to ensure timely, high-quality execution of DMP services.

Requirements

• Proven platform or product management expertise, including roadmap development and Scrum product ownership.
• Deep knowledge of the Decisioning industry across banking, insurance, and telco.
• Understanding of rules engines, Machine Learning models, and mathematical optimization within pipelines.
• Experience leading product professionals in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• BS degree in business or software engineering required; MBA strongly preferred.
• Must be based in the United States.
