Location: Hybrid in Nashville, TN or Remote (US); remote employees are required to travel to Nashville at least twice a year.

Salary: $75,000 - $115,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Build internal tools and automations using AI and agentic frameworks such as Claude and LLMs.
• Own the full stack development lifecycle: design, build, deploy, and iterate based on usage.
• Work directly from operational pain points to eliminate manual work for the implementation team.
• Partner with senior engineers and the bapps team for code reviews and architectural guidance.
• Measure the direct impact of your code on reducing manual hours and increasing Time-to-Value.

Requirements

• Recent Computer Science graduate or software engineer with 0–2 years of experience.
• Ability to write clean code in any modern language.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a strong bias for shipping speed over perfection.
• Genuine curiosity about the business domain and how automation enables downstream value.
• Must be based in the US and available for periodic travel to Nashville.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools or agentic frameworks.
• Experience with APIs and integrations.
• Ability to independently identify and solve operational inefficiencies.
