What you will do

• Serve as the lead cybersecurity expert for strategic technology domains across the global organization.
• Bridge the gap between business requirements, security needs, and organizational risk considerations.
• Evaluate and approve risk assessments, technology architectures, and mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to the evolution of cybersecurity standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Influence technical and strategic decisions through professional credibility and expert recommendations.
• Advise business and technology teams on information security best practices and modernization initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity.
• Proven experience working within large-scale, complex technology environments.
• Strong understanding of risk management, security governance, and enterprise architecture.
• Demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity risk assessment and management.
• Must be based in or able to work from Montreal (St. Laurent).

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent security certifications.
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as aerospace, defense, or critical infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) and IT/OT environments.
• Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, CMMC, or other recognized cybersecurity standards.
