What you will do
- Lead a billion-dollar-plus CAPEX project at the South San Francisco campus.
- Provide strategic leadership to a diverse team of architects, contractors, consultants, and project managers.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from inception through to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of projects while meeting financial targets.
- Guarantee compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and maintain rigorous safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to advance capital project delivery capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical), Quality Surveying, or Construction Management.
- 10+ years of extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
- Expertise in Project Management specifically within California.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects valued at $500M+ within large existing campus environments.
