Automation Technician (SCADA & PLC)

What you will do

• Develop control systems and design new electrical plans or carry out modifications.
• Perform programming for programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and SCADA operator interfaces.
• Participate in preliminary and final testing phases with the client.
• Supervise installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities on site.
• Write detailed technical manuals for operators and maintenance teams.

Requirements

• College diploma in automation, instrumentation, and control.
• 5 years of experience with PLCs and industrial communication networks.
• Proficiency with Allen Bradley and/or Schneider PLCs.
• Knowledge of Rockwell FactoryTalk and/or VTScada software.
• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical and Autodesk Vault.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
• Must have legal status to work in Canada.
