Salary: $7,487.00 - $8,028.00 CAD Monthly

What you will do

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and electronic systems.
• Install, maintain, and test hydraulic and pneumatic electrical control systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical drive systems, automation, robotics, and PLC-based systems.
• Calibrate instrumentation devices using specialized test equipment and software.
• Respond to emergency trouble calls and correct electrical deficiencies.
• Maintain accurate records, work orders, and as-built documentation for all tasks.

Requirements

• Trade certification as a Red Seal Electrician or Industrial Electrician required.
• Minimum five years of related experience.
• Valid Class 5 BC driver’s license.
• Must be available for afternoon shifts (Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday, 3:15 p.m. to 1:12 a.m.).
• Perfect color vision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Certification as an Instrumentation and Controls Technician.
• Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and building codes.
• Ability to interpret complex drawings, specifications, and maintenance manuals.
