What you will do

• Own social listening and reputation monitoring across earned and social channels to track sentiment for flagship campaigns.
• Manage the corporate website and blog, publishing narrative pieces, campaign reports, and executive thought leadership.
• Coordinate video production and digital amplification plans for major campaigns and executive moments.
• Support employer brand strategy in partnership with HR and Talent teams.
• Monitor sentiment related to Trust & Safety and policy, providing early warnings on emerging issues to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital/social media management or corporate communications.
• Hands-on experience with social listening and analytics tools like Emplifi, Meltwater, Sprinklr, or Brandwatch.
• Proven experience managing a corporate website/CMS and blog content.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Must be able to work from the Los Angeles office 3 days per week.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or equivalent experience.
