Salary: $118,500 - $189,500

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end RX delivery experience roadmap from order placement to final delivery.
• Design and scale RX-specific customer communication mechanisms tied to supply chain events.
• Partner with Technology, Pharmacy Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Product teams to align priorities.
• Utilize data to identify customer pain points and quantify impact to drive investment decisions.
• Define success metrics for RX delivery and establish mechanisms for performance inspection.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous spaces, managing risks and removing blockers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or supply chain within complex environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders through data-driven insights and clear narratives.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying trends and root causes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level readouts.
• Must have US work authorization and be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or RX fulfillment within regulated supply chains.
• Background in ecommerce delivery operations and customer experience metrics.
• MBA or an advanced degree in Operations or Supply Chain.
• Experience building durable mechanisms and operating rhythms that scale.
