What you will do

• Serve as a lead developer and subject matter expert for complex financial business applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise software solutions.
• Analyze existing systems to identify modernization and process improvement opportunities.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Provide oversight for quality assurance and ensure adherence to development standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience as a lead developer or development manager.
• 5+ years of experience with relational databases like Azure SQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Strong proficiency in SQL development and database design.
• Proven experience supporting complex financial business processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with .NET technologies and Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Familiarity with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework or nHibernate.
