What you will do

  • Engage with customers via phone, live chat, email, SMS, and social media to resolve financial inquiries.
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer issues at the first point of contact.
  • Promote bank products and services through a consultative approach to deepen customer relationships.
  • Ensure accuracy in all financial transactions and adherence to banking policies.
  • Escalate high-risk or fraudulent transactions to appropriate internal partners.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of banking products and services to provide accurate advice.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Ability to work onsite in Mount Laurel, NJ for training and ongoing operations.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that includes overnights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are highly valued for assigned queues.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
