What you will do
- Engage with customers via phone, live chat, email, SMS, and social media to resolve financial inquiries.
- Analyze and resolve complex customer issues at the first point of contact.
- Promote bank products and services through a consultative approach to deepen customer relationships.
- Ensure accuracy in all financial transactions and adherence to banking policies.
- Escalate high-risk or fraudulent transactions to appropriate internal partners.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of banking products and services to provide accurate advice.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Ability to work onsite in Mount Laurel, NJ for training and ongoing operations.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes overnights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are highly valued for assigned queues.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
