What you will do

• Analyze customer products and processes to map them to the JHA product.
• Oversee system setup, including parameter configuration and creating job files for processing.
• Provide software guidance and support regarding functionality, features, and usage.
• Act as the primary client-facing contact to coordinate resources and resolve complex issues.
• Prepare training materials and documentation for both customers and internal users.
• Investigate, pinpoint, and define product issues for escalation to higher technical levels.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience working in a financial institution (bank or credit union).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work holidays, weekends, and extended hours as business needs require.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Ineligible for immigration sponsorship and support (no H-1B, STEM OPT, etc.).

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer, commercial, or real estate lending.
• Experience with ACH, general ledger, ATM/debit/credit card operations, or deposit operations.
• Familiarity with the hirify.global Symitar platform.
